What we offer

Blue Sky is a company with a difference – we only employ ex-offenders. We offer a 6-month contract of grounds maintenance work.

We currently operate in Gloucester, Bristol, Manchester and NW England, Wakefield, Ealing, Hillingdon and Slough, and welcome suitable applicants who are able to commute to these areas.

Once accepted, you will work in a small team with a supervisor who was once in the same position as you. He /she will act as a mentor and will provide you with advice and guidance.

As a Blue Sky employee you will learn employment skills to start you in your new working life. You have the chance to earn a clean employment record and a good reference to show your next employer.

What we expect from you

Blue Sky can provide you with the skills necessary to (re-)start your working life.This will require your commitment, dedication and hard work.

You will be expected to work to a high standard and get along with your fellow workers. It is also important that you are punctual and take care of your appearance.

Blue Sky gets contracts because its employees do the highest standard of work and are dedicated to what they do. If the work is not done well, Blue Sky will lose contracts and will have no jobs to offer. Blue Sky depends on its employees as much as they can depend on us.
